We quote what the job needs
If a three-point lock is enough for your entrance, we will not sell you five. The margin on the extra hardware is not worth the reputation, and word travels fast in a town this size.
We started in 1994 in a rented lot off Jalan Kapar with one bender, one welding set and a lorry that needed pushing on cold mornings. Thirty years later there are forty six of us and the lorry situation has improved.
For the first decade almost everything we made was wrought iron grille work, welded on site, painted by hand and specified by whoever was building the terrace. It was honest work and some of it is still standing, though most of it has been eaten by rust and coastal air.
Powder coating changed that, then extruded aluminium changed it again. By the mid two thousands the question had shifted from what can you weld to what will still look right in fifteen years. That is a harder question, and answering it properly is what turned a welding shop into a manufacturer.
We still measure every opening ourselves. We still fit with our own crews. And we still keep a paper record of every job, which is how a customer can call about a door we supplied in 2003 and get a straight answer about the profile.

If a three-point lock is enough for your entrance, we will not sell you five. The margin on the extra hardware is not worth the reputation, and word travels fast in a town this size.
Measurement, fabrication, coating and fitting are all in-house. When something goes wrong there is exactly one company to call and nobody to blame.
You get a delivery window at deposit and a phone call from us the moment it changes. Chasing a supplier for information is not part of what you paid for.
Old doors get adjusted, refinished and rehung. A profile from 2009 can usually still be matched, because the yard keeps the dies.
Forty six people work here. Fourteen are in the yard, sixteen are on the installation crews, eight look after the four showrooms and the rest handle drawing, scheduling, accounts and the phone that never stops ringing on a Saturday morning.
Nine of them have been with us for more than fifteen years, including both of our senior welders and the technician who trained most of the current measuring team. That continuity is why an adjustment visit does not feel like starting from scratch.
Selangor and Kuala Lumpur are the core. We install in Putrajaya and Negeri Sembilan regularly, and we supply doors further afield with freight arranged, though fitting in those cases is by a contractor of your choosing.

The Klang showroom is five minutes off the Federal Highway, and there is always someone on the floor who has actually welded a door.
