Timber that goes into a door at the wrong moisture content will move. Every board is kiln dried and rested in our Kapar yard before machining.

Where this series fits
A timber main door still sets the tone of a house better than anything else, and it does not have to be the weak link. Ours are built from kiln-dried hardwood on an engineered core, with a concealed steel plate running behind the lock case and hinge stile. From the porch it reads as a plain solid door. From the inside it carries the same locking hardware as our steel range.
Sheltered openings only
We will tell you honestly if your porch leaves the door exposed to driving rain. In those cases the aluminium wood series is the better long-term answer.
Refinishable
Unlike a coated metal door, a timber leaf can be sanded back and refinished years later. We do this as a service for doors we supplied.

Made to your opening, fitted by us
Nothing in this series is a stock size pulled off a rack. The measurement taken at your house sets the cutting list, and the same crew that measured comes back to hang the door.
Removal of the old leaf, disposal, sealing and making good are all inside the installation price. If your wall needs reinforcing to carry the door, we will say so at quotation rather than on the day.
