Who is responsible

What we collect

From the enquiry form we receive the name you type, a contact number, an email address, the property area you mention and whatever you write in the message box. Our web server also records the usual technical entries: the address your request came from, the page you asked for and the time you asked for it.

Why we hold it

To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quotation, arrange a site measurement and, once a door is fitted, to honour the warranty. Warranty records are the reason we keep completed job files longer than enquiry records.

The lawful basis

Where you have contacted us, we process your details to take steps at your request before entering into a contract. Where we keep records for warranty and tax purposes, we do so to meet obligations under Malaysian law, including the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.

Who else sees it

Our installation crews see the address and phone number for jobs they are assigned. Our accounting firm sees invoice records. Our hosting provider stores the site and its logs. We do not sell, rent or trade contact details, and we do not pass them to unrelated companies for marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become orders are cleared after twenty four months. Completed job files are kept for the length of the applicable warranty plus one year. Accounting records are retained for seven years as required.

Your rights

You may ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, ask us to stop using it for marketing, or ask for it to be deleted where no legal obligation requires us to keep it. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within twenty one days.

Security

Enquiry data is transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored on access-controlled systems. Paper job sheets are kept at the Klang office and shredded once digitised. No system is perfect, and we will tell you promptly if something goes wrong with data that concerns you.

Changes

If this policy changes we will publish the revised version on this page and update the review date above. Material changes will also be mentioned in our reply to any open enquiry.
