These terms apply to your use of brewpro.my and to stretch ceiling works quoted and carried out by Brewpro Ceiling Systems Sdn Bhd (Registration No. 202301045628 (1528437-P)). Signing a quotation, paying a deposit, or instructing us to proceed constitutes acceptance of the project terms below.
1. Website content
Content on this site is provided for general information. Photographs show real projects, but colours and reflectivity vary with lighting and screens — final finish selection should always be made from physical samples. Text, imagery and layout are the property of Brewpro and may not be reproduced commercially without written permission.
2. Quotations and prices
- Quotations are prepared after a site measurement and remain valid for 30 days.
- The quoted price is fixed for the stated scope. Changes you request after confirmation are quoted as variations before work proceeds.
- Prices include installation, standard fixing accessories and site clean-up unless the quotation states otherwise.
3. Deposits and payment
- A 40% deposit confirms the order and releases your membrane for fabrication.
- The balance is due on the day of completed installation, after your walkthrough.
- Fabricated membranes are made to your room's exact geometry; deposits become non-refundable once cutting begins, as set out in the Return & Refund Policy.
4. Site readiness and access
You agree to provide access at the confirmed time, working electricity, and a room cleared of fragile items directly under the work area. If the site is not ready and the crew must return another day, a remobilisation fee of RM 350 may apply. Any concealed services (wiring, piping) you know about above the ceiling line must be declared before installation.
5. Warranty
Membranes carry a 12-year manufacturer warranty against yellowing, sagging and material cracking. Brewpro's workmanship is guaranteed for 2 years from handover. The warranty does not cover damage from punctures, unauthorised modifications, building movement, or fire and flood events originating outside the ceiling system. Warranty terms are printed on your invoice, which is the controlling document.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, Brewpro's liability for any claim connected to a project is limited to the value of that project. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts. We will always attempt a direct, good-faith resolution first — it is faster for everyone.
