Descriptions, dimensions and photographs on this site are given in good faith to help you choose. Finishes photograph differently on different screens, and door images are indicative rather than exact. The controlling description is always the one written on your signed quotation.

Quotations

A quotation is valid for thirty days unless it says otherwise. Prices assume a standard opening, ground floor or lift-accessible access, and a wall able to carry the door specified. Anything found on site that changes the work is priced and agreed with you before it is carried out.

Orders and deposits

Made-to-measure work begins once a fifty per cent deposit is received. Because each leaf is cut to your opening, a deposit on a made-to-measure order is not refundable after fabrication has started, except where the return and refund policy says otherwise.

Site measurement

The measurement taken by our technician governs fabrication. Where a customer insists on supplying their own dimensions, the responsibility for a leaf that does not fit rests with the customer and rework is chargeable.

Installation

We provide removal of the old door, fitting, sealing and basic making good. We do not carry out tiling, plastering or repainting of the surrounding wall unless it is written into the quotation. Someone over eighteen must be present to give access and sign off.

Payment

The balance falls due on completion of installation. Ownership of the goods passes to you when payment clears in full. Late payment may attract interest of one and a half per cent per month on the outstanding amount.

Warranty

Warranty periods are listed on each series page and repeated on your invoice. They cover manufacturing and coating defects under normal domestic use. They do not cover accidental damage, forced entry damage, alterations by other trades, or coating damage caused by unsuitable cleaning products.

Liability

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Otherwise our liability is limited to the value of the contract, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia and the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
