The measurement appointment
Free anywhere in Selangor, Kuala Lumpur, Putrajaya and Negeri Sembilan, with no obligation to order afterwards. It takes about twenty five minutes.
What you should have ready
An idea of the series you like, any finish samples you took from the showroom, and about five minutes to talk through how the entrance is used day to day. Children, pets and wheelchair access all change the specification.
What you get afterwards
A written quotation within one working day, itemised into leaf, frame, hardware, lock and installation, so you can see exactly where the money goes and change any single line.
What we will tell you honestly
If the wall cannot carry the door you asked for, if the porch is too exposed for timber, or if repairing your existing door is a better use of your money than replacing it.
Between visits
What happens at the yard
Our Kapar workshop cuts, welds, assembles and coats. Aluminium and steel work moves from the saw to the welding bay, then to pretreatment and the powder line. Timber is machined from stock that has already been kiln dried and rested.
Coating is the stage that sets the delivery date. A colour we hold runs the same week. A special order colour waits for a batch, which is why a request for a non-stock RAL shade adds seven to ten days to the schedule.
Every leaf is hung on a test frame before it leaves. If it does not swing sweetly in the workshop it will not swing sweetly at your house.
Visit two
Installation day
Most single door installations take three to four hours. Double leaves and steel frames in masonry can run to a full day.

Protection first
Floor coverings down, dust sheets on anything near the opening. Drilling into brick makes a mess and it is not your job to clean it up.

Old door out
Removed, carried out and loaded. Disposal is included, and we take the scrap value into account on the quotation rather than pocketing it quietly.

Frame set and anchored
Levelled, plumbed and anchored into the masonry, then packed and sealed. This is the stage that decides whether the door still closes properly in ten years.

Leaf hung and adjusted
Hinges set, closing gap checked all round, strike aligned, weather strip dressed and the lock cycled at least twenty times before we call it finished.

Lock paired
If a digital lock is part of the order, we register the first users with you, show you how to add and remove one, and leave the emergency key and the manual in your hand.

Sign off and sweep
Warranty sheet, touch-up stick, keys and a walk round the finished opening together. Then the vacuum comes out and the dust goes with us.
Visit three, if needed
The settling check
New buildings move. Renovated openings move more. If anything shifts in the first months, call us and we will come and adjust hinges, strikes and closers at no charge inside the warranty period.
Outside warranty we still service every door we have supplied since 1994. Old records are on paper in the Klang office, and we have dug plenty of them out over the years to find a matching profile.
